General Return Policy, Refund Policy and Free Demo Policy

Return and Refund Policy

​

Customers have up to 30 days following receipt of goods to return or exchange a consumable or hardware product for any reason following prior approval of the seller, provided it is unused, free of damages inflicted by the customer, and in its original packaging. The buyer is responsible for shipping costs for returns that are not due to quality-related issues. Gelomics will provide a full refund of the costs of goods returned if the prior conditions are met.

 

Sterile Goods

Gelomics will exchange sterile consumable products cost-free if quality-related issues arise within 30 days of purchase.

 

Hardware

​

Gelomics Pty Ltd warrants its hardware products to be free of defects in materials and workmanship for a period of 12 months after delivery of the product. The foregoing warranty shall be of no force and effect if the buyer has modified or damaged the product.

If a hardware defect arises and a valid claim is received within the Warranty Period or, if applicable, the Extended Warranty Period, Gelomics will either:

 

1)  Repair the defective hardware at no charge, within a reasonable time using new or refurbished replacement parts, and cover the shipment cost from and to the customer.

 

2)  Exchange the defective hardware product with new or refurbished hardware that is functionally equivalent to the original hardware product, and/or the same make and model.

 

If a hardware or component is replaced by Gelomics, Gelomics will assume warranty for 90 days from the date of replacement for the part or component only. This does not extend the warranty for the complete hardware.

If a hardware or component is replaced, then the replaced part is either E-cycled or kept for evaluation.

4-week Free Demo Policy

​

By requesting a 4-week free demo of the LunaCrosslinker™ device from Gelomics, you ("the Customer") agree to the following Terms & Conditions:
 

Deposit

​

A refundable deposit of $100 is required prior to shipment of the demo unit. This deposit will be refunded when device is returned in the same condition.

​

Destination Tax & Duty Charges

The Customer is responsible for paying any and all tax and duty charges associated with the import of the LunaCrosslinker™ device to destination country. These charges will be billed to the Customer separately via the carrier. It is the Customer's responsibility to ensure they are aware of and comply with all applicable laws and regulations in their country, including those related to importing and exporting goods.

Damages During Demo Period
 

The Customer is responsible for the proper use, handling, and storage of the LunaCrosslinker™ device during the 4-week demo period. In the event that the device is damaged, lost, or stolen while in the Customer's possession, the Customer agrees to pay the full retail price of the LunaCrosslinker™ device. Gelomics reserves the right to determine the extent of the damage and whether the device is considered damaged beyond repair.

By submitting a request for a LunaCrosslinker™ 4-week free demo, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms & Conditions. Gelomics reserves the right to modify or terminate this offer at any time without prior notice.
