Creating 3D cell culture models has never been simpler

The Gelomics LunaGel™ Photocrosslinkable Extracellular Matrix (ECM) system enables biomedical research scientists to gather the most translational data, much faster and easier than ever before.

All LunaGel™ ECMs are semisynthetic, packed with bioactive motifs, and can be rapidly and reproducibly crosslinked under cell-friendly conditions by exposure to visible light in the LunaCrosslinker™. LunaGel™ ECMs are transparent, permeable, and compatible with standard imaging systems. Importantly, ECM stiffness can be controlled over a wide range by varying the light exposure duration in the LunaCrosslinker™ between 0 - 8 minutes, allowing you to closely replicate the mechanical properties of different tissue in healthy and diseased conditions.
